Online Order Returns & Exchange Policies

Your satisfaction is most important to us. Prior to speaking with one of our representatives, please review the below policy.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, Sports Gear 24/7 will gladly accept returns and credit your charge card the full product cost, minus shipping and handling costs, within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in the original packaging. (This includes all tags and item containers). Failure to do so may result in a minimum 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns on items that have been washed, used, worn or missing tags.

Close-out items are considered final purchases and may not be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect that is not listed on the product page of our website.

Product Damaged in Transit
It is Sports Gear 24/7's policy to ensure all items shipped from our facility are packed according to "Best Business Practices", and leave our facility in good condition, free of any damage, other than unknown manufacturers defects. Once a package leaves our facility, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for delivering the package free of damage. If an item is damaged in transit, Sports Gear 24/7 will file a claim with the appropriate carrier. Once the claim has been resolved, Sports Gear 24/7 will provide a substitute product of equal value to the customer.

If the item is urgently needed, the customer also has the choice of purchasing an additional item. Once the claim is resolved with the shipping carrier, the customer will be refunded the amount of the purchase. We may not be able to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order.

Return and Exchange Instructions via Mail
To return an item(s) simply complete the Return Authorization Request form below. Once your claim has been reviewed by a Customer Service Representative you will be emailed your Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number MUST be written on the outside of the package. For your protection, packages shipped to our warehouse without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted, and immediately returned to the sender.

When mailing your return we recommend you insure the item or use a service provider that provides you a tracking number. Sports Gear 24/7 is not responsible for return items lost in transit by the delivery service. Please contact a customer support representative for the address to mail your return.

Shipping Credit
We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error filling your order. In addition, any customs, duties or any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded.
