At Sports Gear 24/7 we've tried to take the confusion out of shipping. While a lot of internet retailers try to make up lost profits with increased shipping charges, we don't believe in that approach. To keep it simple we offer a $6.95 Flat Rate Shipping on the majority of our items. We do offer select items that cannot be shipped for $6.95 due to size and weight rules.

What Shipping Carriers do you use?
We have accounts setup with the following carriers. Our standard shipping is by UPS Ground in the continental U.S. or USPS Ground for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, Military APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes and remote areas outside normal UPS delivery points. International orders typically ship via DHL, but we reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice.
Most packages will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the accuracy of the billing and shipping information provided when placing your order. All orders shipped by UPS will have a tracking number assigned. Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via e-mail of the tracking number and the expected arrival date. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact Customer Service toll-free at 1-866-923-4549 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number.
Why do some items take longer to ship?
Some of the items we sell will ship directly from the manufacturer. Each manufacturer has agreed to ship within a specified time frame, which varies by manufacturer. The time frame needed to produce and ship the item is listed within each item description. The shipper is selected by the manufacturer, and together they negotiate guarantees of quality delivery. We cannot offer expedited production or shipping for these items; however, you will still receive a tracking number on these items.
Can I ship to multiple locations?
If you would like to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Packaging will vary bases on the item(s) purchased. When items are shipped from our warehouse we assure you we take the most careful approach to make sure your items arrive undamaged.
How can I track my order
To check the status of your order you will need to log into your account and view the order. Once your order has been shipped from the warehouse and you receive your tracking number you can track the shipment by visiting the carriers website.

In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.
Do you ship internationally?
We do ship certain items internationally; however, not all manufacturer shipped items can be shipped internationally. If you a requiring an item be shipped outside the United States please contact a customer service representative prior to placing your order so we can ensure your order can be completely filled.
