Return Policy
At Sports Gear 247, we offer FREE SHIPPING on almost every item we carry, so there's no risk. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Just follow these simple guidelines:
1. Returned items must be in new condition.
Sports Gear 247 will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.
2. The original box/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.
Please pack box, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original package, using the package as a shipping package, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
3. You must have a return authorization number for ALL returns and exchanges.
Contact Customer Service during our normal business hours (Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm PST and Saturday: 8am - 1pm PST).
4. Defective products will be accepted for exchange only.
Contact Customer Service for a defective item return authorization code. Sports Gear 247 will only exchange defective products within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear. Of course, we will cover the return shipping fee if it is a defective item.
Returns for Exchange
Please contact customer service for your return authorization code. Use the code to complete the provided return form. Your purchase will be refunded once we receive your returned item.
Return Shipping Charges: You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Of course, we will cover the return shipping fee if it is an error on print or stitching. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
Items Returned for Exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for a refund.
Returns For Refund
To return products for a refund, please contact customer service for a return authorization code and complete the provided return form.
Return Shipping Charges: If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e. UPS or USPS) for all returns.
To help us keep our promise – we ask you to do a couple of things...
1. Don’t make a large order until you have made some kind of test!
If you are a little unsure about sizes, colors, cuts or printing techniques – submit a test order before making the big purchase! There will be a 30% restocking fee if returned more than 3 items.
2. Check your order’s e-mail confirmation immediately!
If you see any mistake or have picked the wrong design, follow the link in the order confirmation e-mail and cancel the order immediately. Registered users can view their previous orders, edit them and re-order certain items.
3. Order as soon as possible if you need your order for a specific date.
We are fast, but we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive at your door the very next day. Sometimes there can be delays due to design errors or stock issues. We cannot accept a shirt being a day late for your grandmother’s birthday as a reason for your return.
